When can I book a flight?

We expect to take bookings from this website from late March. Please return to the site then, and join our mailing list for updates.

When will flights start?

From the month of June we expect to operate three direct flights a week from Christchurch to Rarotonga and three from Wellington to Rarotonga. Flights will not commence until our respective Governments confirm it is safe to do so. See the proposed schedule.

What if my booking cannot go ahead because of COVID-19?

Any bookings that do not proceed due to COVID-19 will be fully refundable (within 5 days).

Is my money safe?

All Pasifika Air fares (pre-payments) are held by Public Trust, in a designated nominee company, until you have flown. Public Trust is a Crown entity established under the Public Trust Act 2001.

What is the time difference with Rarotonga?

Rarotonga is 22 hours behind New Zealand from 4 April, so you will arrive the day before you leave and you will lose a day when returning to New Zealand.

Which cities do you fly from?

Our planned services depart Christchurch and Wellington on alternate days.
